If you have not first registered you must do so prior to gaining access to the system. Clicking this link will take you to a registration
form for Staff users. Staff users are district employees who do not have access to the HR/Finance system (QCC), and make up the
majority of users.
The other link is for guest users, who are not district employees. A guest user cannot sign up as a staff user, but a staff person
could sign up as a guest. This is not advisable since guests typically have reduced access to ESS.
